Lakeside Canvas

Lakeside Canvas has been located on Buckeye Lake since 1995, fabricating Custom covers, tops, enclosures, and upholstery for boats. You can get here by water, if you are on Buckeye Lake.

First custom boat upholstery job was in 1985, ten years before opening up the canvas shop. I still have the boat, if you want to see it. The first boat cover I made in 1995 took me a week to complete, this is true. I had no clue where to start, but that has all changed. Now I blaze into a project with a real plan on what the end result needs to be.

Washington Boat Show

After much thought and deliberation, it has decided to reschedule the 2009 Washington Boat Show until Presidents Day weekend, Thursday, February 11 through Monday, February 15, 2010.

The Washington Boat Show exists to serve the dreams and realities of the Mid-Atlantic boating community. It is its opinion that neither the marine dealers interests nor the enjoyment of the boating public would be furthered by producing a show in the current economic climate.
