The bottom ribs are 2″ x 2″ x 1/8″ tubing, and the side ribs are made from 2″ x 4″ x 1/8″ tubing precisely cut and form fit pieces.

This flat bottom, flat bow boat also has the side and bottom structural ribs for reinforcement. The bottom ribs are 1 3/4″ x 1 3/4″ x 1/8″ tubing, again on 12″ centers. The side ribs are 1 3/4″ x 4″ x 1/8″ tubing precisely angle cut. All ribs are welded in place for superior strength. The sub hull is then welded in place over these bottom ribs. They can also make sub hulls of wood construction, as shown here. Since we are custom fabricators, they can make your boat to suit your needs.
