They do not sell to retail customers factory direct nor do they quote prices. Sales and pricing are the responsibility of the stocking dealer. A Key Largo Boat is created by first applying wax to the boat mold. This task is done by hand which ultimately produces the mirror like finish you see on the complete Key Largo Boat.
The next application of the boat building process is the skin coat. The skin coat is a layer of fiberglass that reinforces the gel coat. Synthetic core materials, fiberglass mat and fiberglass roving are hand laid into the mold over the gel coat for consistent strength and uniformity of thickness. A blend of polyester resin and metered catalyst completely saturate the fiberglass and bonds the multiple layers of glass reinforcement together. Each fiberglass layer is hand worked into every facet of the boat mold for complete lamination and therefore strength of the part.
